Prize Gift Card Terms

This is a one-time prize credit of $1,788 USD issued by Med Consumer Watch (the “Sponsor”) to the verified winner of the Med Consumer Watch giveaway, applied to the winner's CoreAge Rx account. It is a prize, not a retail gift card purchased from CoreAge Rx, and it is issued in the winner's name only. These terms are incorporated into the Official Rules.

The credit may be applied toward eligible products and services available through CoreAge Rx, including non-prescription products, membership fees, consultation fees, prescription products where the winner is approved for them, shipping, and applicable taxes. Where CoreAge Rx checkout cannot apply the credit to a particular charge directly, the Sponsor will cover that charge separately up to the remaining balance, so the winner is not asked to pay out of pocket for anything the prize is meant to cover.

Applying the credit toward any prescription product requires completing the applicable intake process and being evaluated by a licensed healthcare provider. Eligibility and all treatment decisions are made solely by that provider in their independent clinical judgment.

The credit cannot override a provider's medical decision. Holding a balance confers no entitlement to any medication, does not make any medication more likely to be prescribed, and is not visible to the provider as a reason to prescribe. Compounded medications dispensed by CoreAge Rx are not FDA-approved.

The credit does not expire. It remains available on the winner's account until the full balance is used. No dormancy, inactivity, or service fee is ever deducted from it.

The credit is non-transferable and non-assignable. It may be used only by the verified winner, for the winner's own purchases, and it may not be sold, traded, or gifted. Consistent with the Official Rules, the prize itself may not be substituted or transferred except by the Sponsor.

The credit may be applied to a subscription or multi-month plan.

No recurring charge will be created against the winner's own payment method as a result of accepting this prize. If the credit is applied to a plan that would otherwise renew automatically, that plan will not renew against the winner when the balance is exhausted or the term ends. Any continuation of treatment or service beyond the value of the prize requires the winner's separate, affirmative authorization, given at that time. The winner will not be asked for a payment method as a condition of claiming the prize.

The credit may be combined with generally available CoreAge Rx promotional pricing, so the winner receives the same prices any other customer would. It may not be combined with another prize award from this or any other Med Consumer Watch promotion.

Any unused balance remains on the winner's account and stays available for future eligible purchases. Unused value is not refundable and, except as stated in section 9, is not redeemable for cash. Nothing requires the winner to spend the balance within any period.

The credit is not redeemable for cash, except where the law of the winner's state requires redemption of a remaining balance for cash. A number of states require cash redemption once a balance falls below a stated threshold; where such a law applies to the winner, the Sponsor will honor it on request.

The credit may be used only where CoreAge Rx offers the relevant product or service. CoreAge Rx does not offer every product in every state, and availability of prescription categories in particular varies by jurisdiction. Entry is limited to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. If the winner's state prevents use of a meaningful portion of the balance, the Sponsor will work with the winner on an equivalent alternative of equal value.

The credit is held on the winner's CoreAge Rx account rather than issued as a bearer code, so it cannot be lost or spent by someone else in the ordinary course. If the winner loses access to their account or believes it has been compromised, the Sponsor will restore the remaining balance to the verified winner on request.

The credit may not be resold or offered for resale, used for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose, used to obtain medication for anyone other than the winner as evaluated by a licensed provider, or used in any attempt to influence a clinical decision. Any such use voids the remaining balance.
