Start with the amount charged, not the monthly headline
The semaglutide page lists $299 for a three-month new-patient plan and $385 for a three-month transfer plan. Its one-month option is $140. The tirzepatide page lists three-month totals of $420 for new patients and $469 for transfers, with a $179 one-month option. These were the published offers on September 27, 2026.
A monthly equivalent helps compare packages, but it does not tell you how much leaves your account at checkout. Keep the medication, eligibility category, total charge and renewal date together. Dividing a three-month total by three is a budgeting calculation; it is not evidence that the provider will collect one third each month.
The renewal date deserves its own line
The subscription terms specify billing every 23 days for one-month plans and every 83 days for three-month plans. Those intervals differ from calendar months and quarters. The terms also describe a temporary payment authorization followed by capture after clinical approval.
For a household budget, count the dates on which a bill may land rather than multiplying a headline by twelve. Ask for the next charge date and the supply covered by that charge. Earlier renewal preparation and the duration of the medicine supplied are separate questions; neither should be inferred from a plan name.
Keep the cancellation confirmation
The cancellation process uses a patient-portal request. The terms say submitting that request does not itself stop auto-refill; support sends a separate outcome. They also distinguish stopping future renewals from refunding a term already approved and processed.
Save the request time and the final response. If a renewal is approaching, ask support to identify the affected order and confirm its status explicitly. A message saying a ticket was received is less useful than a message confirming that the next charge has been stopped. This matters especially when you are transferring to another service.
Make the clinical handoff visible
The product pages describe assessment, clinician review and medication delivery if prescribed, with supplies and support included. Ask who handles an unexpected symptom, a missed shipment or an unclear label, and whether those questions reach the clinician or a general support team. An online assessment does not guarantee a prescription.
