The Entry Period begins on August 3, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time. All times are Eastern Time. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeping device for this promotion.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and of CoreAge Rx, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Void in any jurisdiction where this promotion is prohibited or restricted, including any jurisdiction that restricts offering prescription medication, pharmacy services, or gift cards redeemable against them as a prize.

Entry is free. During the Entry Period, submit your email address through any giveaway entry form on Med Consumer Watch and affirmatively agree to these Official Rules. You will receive a confirmation email. Providing a first name is optional and is used only for personalization.

Consent to receive marketing email is optional, is collected separately, and is not required to enter or to win. Withdrawing marketing consent or unsubscribing at any time will not cancel or affect a valid entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the Entry Period. Duplicate submissions will be consolidated into the original entry and will not increase your chances of winning. Use of any automated, scripted, robotic, or other means to enter, or any attempt to enter using multiple or false identities or email addresses, will void all of that entrant's entries and may result in disqualification.

One (1) prize will be awarded: a one (1) $1,788 CoreAge Rx gift card, issued by the Sponsor as a one-time credit to the verified winner's CoreAge Rx account. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is $1,788.00 USD. Only one prize will be awarded. The prize is not transferable and no substitution is permitted except by the Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

The difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize, if any, will not be awarded.

The prize is a one-time credit issued by the Sponsor to the verified winner's CoreAge Rx account. It may be applied toward eligible CoreAge Rx products and services, including non-prescription products, membership and consultation fees, prescription products where the winner is approved for them, shipping, and applicable taxes. Its use is governed by the Prize Gift Card Terms, which are incorporated into these Official Rules by reference.

In summary: the credit does not expire, is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash except where state law requires it, and any unused balance remains on the winner's account. Accepting the prize will not create any recurring charge against the winner's own payment method — continuing beyond the value of the prize requires the winner's separate authorization given at that time.

Winning does not guarantee eligibility for, approval of, or access to any prescription medication.

If the winner chooses to apply the gift card toward a prescription product or program, the winner must complete the applicable intake process and be evaluated by a licensed healthcare provider. Eligibility and all treatment decisions are made solely by that licensed provider, in their independent clinical judgment. The gift card does not and cannot override a provider's medical decision, and neither the Sponsor nor CoreAge Rx's marketing function has any influence over it.

The Sponsor makes no representation that any entrant or winner will qualify for a GLP-1 medication or any other prescription treatment, that any particular medication will be prescribed, that any product will be available, or that any health or weight outcome will result.

CoreAge Rx dispenses compounded medications. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved: the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality before they reach you, and a compounded preparation is not a generic equivalent of an FDA-approved drug.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor on or before October 14, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address submitted with their entry. The potential winner must respond within 7 days of the date the notification is sent. If the potential winner does not respond within that period, the notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner is found ineligible, or the potential winner declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

All entries are subject to verification. The Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide proof of identity, age, and residence, and to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release, before the prize is awarded. Failure to comply within the time specified by the Sponsor will result in forfeiture. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has violated these Official Rules or has tampered with the entry process.

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated here, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize may be reportable income. Where required, the winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize and must supply a valid taxpayer identification number before the prize is released.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional purposes relating to this promotion, without further compensation. The Sponsor will not publish a winner's health information, and participation in this promotion is not an authorization to disclose any health information.

By entering, entrants release the Sponsor, CoreAge Rx, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any loss, harm, damage, cost, or expense arising out of participation in this promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries or notifications, or for technical failures of any kind. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Information submitted with an entry is collected by the Sponsor and used to administer this promotion, and, only where the entrant separately opted in, to send marketing email. Entry data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time without affecting their entry, and may request deletion of their information as described in the Privacy Policy, though deletion of entry data before the drawing will withdraw the entry.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. By entering, entrants agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this promotion will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any such dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York. Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any multiplication of damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If fraud, a technical failure, a change in applicable law, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of this promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion, or to award the prize from among eligible entries received up to the point of impairment. Any material change will be posted on this page.
