The site carries an FDA disclosure that products are not for use by or sale to persons under 21, referencing the under-0.3% delta-9 THC threshold that this whole category has been built on.
That threshold is the thing to understand, because it changes on November 12, 2026 — and unlike the CBD-led brands reviewed elsewhere on this site, essentially all of Just Delta's catalogue sits inside the scope of the change.

The November 12, 2026 change, and why this catalogue is fully exposed
This matters more here than for any brand in this batch, so it leads.
How the category was built. The 2018 Farm Bill defined hemp by delta-9 THC content — under 0.3% by dry weight. Delta-8, delta-10 and HHC are different molecules. What changes. Per the Congressional Research Service, Public Law 119-37 alters the federal definition of hemp effective November 12, 2026 — 365 days after enactment. Read the operative phrase: "and other cannabinoids with similar effects." That language exists specifically to close the delta-8 and analogue gap. A definition written around delta-9 alone let this category exist; a definition written around total THC and similar-effect cannabinoids does not.
So the exposure here is total rather than partial. BATCH and FOCL are CBD-led with a THC line; most of their catalogue survives. Just Delta's catalogue is delta-8, delta-10 and HHC end to end.
