It has one of the largest customer-review footprints in men's telehealth and some of the most aggressive advertised pricing in several categories. We researched it on July 25, 2026 (the site itself blocks automated access, so pricing below comes from independent 2026 coverage—confirm everything at checkout). What Peter MD Offers and What It Costs
Advertised pricing reported by independent 2026 reviews:

The ED, hair, and bundle products are FDA-approved generics—no compounding caveat applies to those. For TRT and GLP-1s, ask specifically whether your prescription is commercial or compounded, since the regulatory status differs. Shipped medications are non-refundable, so confirm your protocol and dose before the first shipment.
The Review Base: Big, Real, and Not Spotless
Peter MD's Trustpilot presence is among the largest in men's telehealth—roughly 14,000 reviews, with summaries ranging from 4.1 to 4.8 stars depending on the source and time window. That volume is a genuine trust signal: it's earned over years, not manufactured overnight. The BBB picture is rougher: Peter MD is not BBB accredited, and its profile (Vero Beach, FL) includes complaints alleging delivery delays, unfulfilled or short-filled orders, refund delays, billing disputes, and one report of expired medication. Complaint counts are small relative to the customer base, but the themes cluster around fulfillment and refunds—exactly where the non-refundable-once-shipped policy raises the stakes.
Independent sources also conflict on basics—founding year (2014 vs 2021) and headquarters (Vero Beach vs Miami) both appear in 2026 coverage, and we couldn't verify company details directly because the site blocks automated access.
