LooperVerse Review: Not Accepting Orders as of August 2026

LooperVerse sells high-potency hemp cannabinoids — THC-P, HHC, THC-A, delta-8 and delta-9. When we checked on August 11, 2026, its site stated it was not accepting new orders. Here is what we found, and why the timing matters.

By Med Consumer Watch Team
LooperVerse sells hemp-derived cannabinoid products for adults 21+ — gummies, vapes, pre-rolls and its award-winning D9 soda — built around delta-8, delta-9, HHC, THC-A and THC-P. Prices run roughly $7.50 to $39.99, with free shipping over $49. But when we checked on August 11, 2026, the site displayed the following notice: "currently not accepting any new orders while we continue to process pending ones. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will be back soon." That is the most important thing in this review, so it goes first: at the time of writing you cannot place an order. Everything below describes what LooperVerse sells and how it compares, on the assumption it resumes trading — but check the site yourself before planning a purchase. What we actually found: the store is paused

The banner is unambiguous. LooperVerse states it is not accepting new orders while it processes existing ones, apologises for the inconvenience, says it will "be back soon," and directs enquiries to helpdesk@looperverse.com. What we can say: as of our check, this is a store you cannot buy from. Pending orders are stated to be still processing. What we cannot say: why. A pause like this could be inventory, a platform or payment-processing problem, a supply issue, a regulatory review, or a deliberate wind-down. We are not going to guess, and you should be sceptical of any review that tells you confidently which it is. What makes the timing worth noting is the calendar. The federal definition of hemp changes on November 12, 2026 in a way that covers most of what LooperVerse sells — detailed below. A hemp retailer pausing orders three months before that date is at minimum a coincidence worth being aware of, and it is a reason to be cautious about placing a large order, starting a subscription, or buying gift cards if the store reopens. Practical advice: if you have a pending order, contact helpdesk@looperverse.com and keep your payment records. If you are considering a future order, check the site's current status first, start small, and use a payment method with chargeback protection.

What LooperVerse sells

The catalogue is unusually potency-forward even by hemp standards, combining multiple cannabinoids per product: Melted Series 3G — Skywalker OG — HHC, THC-A, THC-P — $34.99 Gummies — Green Apple OG — delta-8, delta-9 THC, HHC, THC-A — $24.99 THCA Pre-Rolls — Orange Slushie — THC-A — $39.99 D9 Soda Pop$7.50–$28.99 depending on size or pack Boosters (listed as new), extracts, cartridges, disposables and edibles The D9 soda is the brand's signature product; its blog cites a High Spirits Awards win in 2025. The company frames itself around exploration and novelty — "where innovation meets curiosity" — and states that "our commitment to quality and compliance ensures that every batch meets the highest standards." It maintains public Lab Results, a Cannabinoids explainer section, and an FAQ. A blog post references achieving compliance with Florida's hemp program, which suggests engagement with state regulators rather than avoidance of them.

THC-P and HHC: know what you are buying

This is where LooperVerse differs meaningfully from more mainstream hemp brands, and it is a genuine safety point rather than a technicality. THC-P (tetrahydrocannabiphorol) is a cannabinoid that binds the CB1 receptor far more strongly than delta-9 THC. In practical terms, milligram-for-milligram it is substantially more potent than the THC most people have experience with. A product combining THC-P with other cannabinoids can be considerably stronger than the total milligram figure suggests to someone reasoning from dispensary edibles. HHC (hexahydrocannabinol) is a hydrogenated cannabinoid, also intoxicating, with less human research behind it than delta-9. THC-A is the non-intoxicating acid form that converts to delta-9 THC when heated — which is why THC-A pre-rolls are intoxicating when smoked. Buying "THC-A" is not buying a non-psychoactive product if you intend to light it. Why this matters for dosing. With a single-cannabinoid 10 mg delta-9 gummy, you can reason from experience. With a gummy combining delta-8, delta-9, HHC and THC-A, or a vape combining HHC, THC-A and THC-P, there is no reliable way for a consumer to translate the label into an expected effect. These are also compounds with thinner safety literature than delta-9. If you use these products at all, start with a fraction of a serving, and treat prior tolerance to conventional cannabis as a poor guide.

Novel cannabinoids such as THC-P and HHC have far less human safety research behind them than delta-9 THC. Combination products make dose estimation unreliable. Start very low, never drive, and do not combine with alcohol.

The November 12, 2026 federal hemp change

Whatever happens to the store, this applies to the category. Public Law 119-37 changes the federal definition of hemp with effect from November 12, 2026 — 365 days after enactment, per the Congressional Research Service. From that date, final hemp-derived cannabinoid products containing more than 0.4 milligrams of combined total THC and other cannabinoids with similar effects per container are excluded from the hemp definition. CRS states such products are "not to be deemed hemp products and are instead to be subject to regulation under the CSA as marijuana." The wording matters here more than for most brands. The threshold covers "total THC and other cannabinoids with similar effects" — not delta-9 alone. LooperVerse's range is built precisely on the cannabinoids that language is aimed at: delta-8, HHC, THC-A and THC-P. A product designed around alternatives to delta-9 does not escape a rule written to capture cannabinoids with similar effects. State law is separate and already varies widely — several states restrict delta-8 and related compounds regardless of federal status.

How it compares

Among hemp retailers, LooperVerse sits at the high-potency, high-novelty end. TRĒ House is the closer comparison — intoxicating hemp THC, published lab results, but with a clearer single-cannabinoid dosing story (10 mg delta-9 per gummy) and a 60-day guarantee. It is also, importantly, currently trading. BATCH is the conservative alternative: CBD-forward, 5 mg THC seltzers, Wisconsin-grown with GMP-certified in-house manufacturing. A licensed dispensary, if you have one, remains the better route for intoxicating products on every measure — tested to state mandate, clearly labelled, staff who can advise, and no pending federal redefinition of the product category.
  • Brand | Potency profile | Dosing clarity | Currently ordering

  • BATCH | Low — 5 mg THC, CBD-forward | Clear | Yes
  • Licensed dispensary | Varies, labelled | Best | Yes, in legal states

Frequently asked questions

Can I order from LooperVerse right now? As of August 11, 2026, no. The site states it is not accepting new orders while it processes pending ones. Check the site for current status. What about my pending order? The notice says pending orders are still being processed. Contact helpdesk@looperverse.com and retain your payment records. Is LooperVerse legit? It has an age gate, publishes lab results and a cannabinoids explainer, and its blog references achieving compliance with Florida's hemp program. We found no evidence of wrongdoing. The order pause is a trading-status observation, not an allegation. What is THC-P? A cannabinoid that binds CB1 far more strongly than delta-9 THC, so it is substantially more potent per milligram. Treat products containing it with real caution. Is THC-A non-intoxicating? In its raw acid form it is not intoxicating, but it converts to delta-9 THC when heated — so a THC-A pre-roll is intoxicating when smoked. Will these products still be legal after November 12, 2026? The new federal hemp definition excludes final products above 0.4 mg total THC and similar cannabinoids per container, and that language captures delta-8, HHC and THC-P as well as delta-9. State rules vary separately. Will these show on a drug test? Yes, these are THC products. Assume they will.

The Bottom Line

Our rating: 5.0 / 10. We cannot recommend buying from a store that is not taking orders, and we would be cautious about the product range even if it were. To be fair to the company: LooperVerse publishes lab results, runs a proper 21+ age gate, maintains an educational section on the cannabinoids it sells, and its blog points to engagement with Florida's state hemp program rather than avoidance of regulators. Its D9 soda has won a category award. None of that reads like a fly-by-night operation, and the order pause is not evidence of wrongdoing. But two things put a ceiling on this. First, on the day we checked, you could not buy anything — and a review that ignored that in favour of describing products would be useless to you. Second, the range is built on THC-P, HHC and multi-cannabinoid blends, which is the part of this market where dose estimation is least reliable and the human safety literature is thinnest. That is a difficult combination to recommend to a general reader even when the shop is open. Add the November 12, 2026 federal redefinition — whose language explicitly reaches cannabinoids "with similar effects" to THC, which is exactly what this catalogue is made of — and the sensible position is to wait and watch. If you want hemp THC now, TRĒ House is trading and has clearer single-cannabinoid dosing; BATCH is the lower-dose, better-documented option. If you have a dispensary available, use it. Check LooperVerse's current status and products Informational only; not legal or medical advice. Adults 21+. Store status verified August 11, 2026 and subject to change. Novel cannabinoids including THC-P and HHC have limited human safety research; start very low and never drive. These products cause positive drug tests. Federal and state hemp law is changing — verify current rules for your state.
