The Care Comes to You

Concierge MD describes itself as "the nation's leading provider of in-home concierge medicine and personalized longevity care," delivering "advanced diagnostics, medical care, and longevity-focused support — delivered in-home or virtually nationwide." In-home physician visits are a genuinely different model from both telehealth and clinic care. For patients with mobility limits, demanding schedules or a preference for privacy, a clinician arriving at your home solves a problem neither a shipped vial nor a clinic appointment addresses.

Membership Is Optional

This is worth noting because so many operators make the subscription mandatory:

You can start with a consultation to better understand your needs and goals. Membership is recommended for those who want ongoing, fully managed care and a long-term physician partnership."

You can buy a single consultation or service without committing to a recurring plan. Membership buys ongoing care, priority access and a dedicated provider — but it is presented as a choice rather than a gate.

Direct-Pay, and All of It HSA/FSA Eligible

"ConciergeMD operates on a direct-pay model and does not bill insurance. All services are eligible for HSA and FSA funds." That is a clean, unambiguous statement. As our HSA and FSA guide explains, prescription GLP-1s are eligible for HSA and FSA reimbursement with a prescription regardless of whether your insurance covers them — so a direct-pay practice where everything qualifies lets patients use pre-tax dollars across the whole relationship, not just the medication.

Labs Are Interpreted, Not Just Reported

Concierge MD's description of its lab service is the part we would actually pay for:

"A physician reviews your results with you in full context — connecting them to your symptoms, health history, and goals. We don't just explain the unique pain points in your labs, we prescribe the personalized tools you need to combat them."

Many programs in this comparison run labs and return numbers. A physician sitting with you and interpreting them against your history is the actual clinical value of testing.

What Is Not Published

The gaps here are substantial and consistent. No pricing — not for consultations, membership, GLP-1 programs or diagnostics. No GLP-1 specifics: we could not establish whether the medications prescribed are brand-name or compounded, which pharmacy fills them, whether it operates under 503A or 503B, what BMI thresholds apply, or how dosing is managed. Concierge medicine is typically priced well above standard telehealth, and a practice that publishes no figures at all leaves prospective patients unable to compare. Concierge MD also offers naturopathic consultations alongside its physician services, and markets "longevity" care — a category where biomarker optimisation is frequently presented as though it were demonstrated life extension. Treat the longevity framing as positioning rather than evidence.
