On February 20, 2026, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued warning letter 721816 to Ivim Services LLC, doing business as Ivim. The FDA reviewed Ivím's website in December 2025 and observed that it offered compounded drug products including semaglutide and tirzepatide. The agency concluded that false or misleading claims on the website violated sections 502(a) and 502(bb) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, rendering the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide products misbranded drugs, and that introducing them into interstate commerce violated section 301(a) of the Act. Ivím offers an unusually broad menu spanning both compounded and brand-name products:

Ivím's Trustpilot profile sits around 4.0 stars across more than 35,000 reviews—one of the biggest review bases of any provider in this category—and the company actively responds to negative reviews. It is BBB accredited with an A+ rating, which is uncommon among telehealth weight-loss clinics. Against that, the BBB profile also shows 101 complaints over three years, 49 closed in the last twelve months. The recurring themes are membership fees and pricing changes. One documented complaint describes being quoted a year of medication at $1,600 and finding, on attempting to pay within the stated 30-day window, that the offer had become four months at $225—a materially different deal.
