Per independent coverage, Trustpilot removed fake reviews from Trimi's profile and temporarily hid its rating—a platform enforcement action that is itself a significant red flag. The reviews that remain (a few dozen) are sharply bimodal: majority five-star alongside a large block of one-star reviews reporting unauthorized plan changes, unresponsive or automated-feeling support, runarounds between support and the doctor on dose adjustments, and medication-quality concerns. On the positive side, reviewers consistently praise the logistics—medication arriving cold, fast, secure, and well-labeled—and the pricing is genuinely among the lowest available. Independent reviewers also note Trimi's dose ladder (reported as 1.5mg → 3mg → 6mg for tirzepatide-class dosing) runs lower than the typical titration used elsewhere—ask the prescribing clinician to explain the protocol and confirm your dose schedule in writing.
