The Guarantee Problem

WellMedr's weight loss landing page advertises, in large text: "IF YOU DON'T LOSE WEIGHT IN 90 DAYS WE WILL REFUND 100%" of your money. But the company's published Refund and Cancellation Policy contains no 90-day weight loss guarantee at all. What it actually says:

• Refunds are considered only before your medical intake is approved and transmitted to a provider or pharmacy
• After approval and transmission, "your order becomes final and non-refundable"
• Cancellation requires notice at least 72 hours before your billing date—miss it and you're charged for another cycle
• Early cancellation of multi-month bundles is refunded prorated at the higher regular (non-bundle) price

We could not reconcile the advertised guarantee with the written policy. If the guarantee matters to your decision, get its terms in writing from support before paying—and assume the written policy, not the banner, governs your money.

Although WellMedr is new, it already has an independent complaint footprint.
